Shipping + Returns

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your item has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking informationOur fulfillment center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, therefore orders are not processed or shipped during those times.

  • We are a U.S based online store. We currently ship to U.S only. 
  • We offer store credit only for returns. Please see our return policy for more details. 
  • All orders are shipped via USPS unless USPS doesn't delivery to your area we will defer to UPS.
  • Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout and based on delivery zones + weight. 
  • We do not deliver to UPS P.O Boxes.
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check to make sure you've entered your email address correctly and/or email us to update it prior to shipping. 


Huxley + Harper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your item, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Once you have done so, please contact us to let us know and we will take it from there.

Please be aware that during the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


Returns must be received within 14 days of your order's delivery date. To submit a return request, please email us at with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return request.

  • Please include your order number on the package or inside on the return form card. Your order number  can be found also in your email confirmation.
  • If you did not receive a return card please check to make sure if your item is a Final Sale Item. If it is a Final Sale Item, your item will be refused and sent back. 
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to process. Once your item(s) are determined to be eligible for return you will receive an email confirmation of the store credit amount. If you do not receive email confirmation within 3-7 business days, please send us an email at 
  • Please mail your item back with care. 

We do not issue return labels, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our sanitary requirements. Items must be returned to us in new condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains of any kind and the tags must be attached. If there are any signs of wear or stains (makeup, deodorant, tanning products, etc.) the item will not be accepted.

We do not process price adjustments. In order to be eligible for discounts, the order must be placed during the sale dates with the discount code applied, no exceptions.

Items purchased during flash sales are final sale.

Approved items purchased at a discounted rate are eligible for store credit only. Your store credit will not expire. Approved items purchased at regular pricing are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. Final sale items are not eligible for store credit or refunds. Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.


To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.


Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
